HomeBase privacy policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

HomeBase is a personal, private TV dashboard used only by Jason Frame. It is not offered to anyone else.

Google user data

HomeBase requests read-only access to Google Tasks (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks.readonly). It uses this only to show Jason's own open tasks on his own TV.

Task data is fetched by a relay program running on Jason's home PC. It is kept only in a short-lived in-memory cache, is never written to storage beyond that, and is never sent to this admin website. It is not shared with anyone, not sold, and not used for any other purpose (including advertising or training AI models). The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted on that PC.

HomeBase's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
